Early Registration May 18th to June 16th

Early Registration ends on June 16th at 11:59 p.m.  Early Registration fees:

• Birth year of players 2018 (U4) - $60
• Birth years of players 2017 - 2014 (U5 - U8) - $80
• Birth years of players 2015 - 2006 (U10 - U16) - $100
• Birth years of players 2005 - 2003 (U17 - U19) - $105

Regular Registration June 17th to July 18th

Regular Registration begins June 17, 2021 and ends on July 18, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.  Regular Registration fees:

Late Registration

Late Registration begins July 19, 2021 and ends August 27, 2021 at midnight.  All late registration will be placed on a waiting list.  If you register during Late Registration, there is no guarantee you will be returned to your previous team.  Late Registration fees:

Your player will not be placed on a roster, nor uniform ordered, until previous registration fees are paid in full, current registration fees are paid in full, or you have made payment arrangements with the DSA Office. We do have Payment Plans available.  Any player registering during Late Registration incurs a late fee.

Discounts:

• Multi-player: $5 for each additional player, after the first player is registered at full price.
• Head Coach: $5 is given for a head coach volunteer.

All Discounts are applied at Check Out

General Information:

Teams are formed by age and school/neighborhood area.
Coaches determine practice times and locations.
Unless otherwise requested, players will be kept with the same listed Coach.  If the coach does not return, players will be kept together, if possible.

Season begins Saturday, August 28, 2021.

Included with player fees: uniform jersey only (players/teams responsible for shorts, socks), minimum eight (8) game season, end of season awards, North Texas State Soccer Association (NTSSA) fees and insurance, Denton Department of Parks and Recreation fees, Denton Soccer Association administrative fees, Referee (Scheduling, Assigning, Training) fees.

Online payment available by credit/debit card.  If you are going to pay by cash, check, or money order, continue to register online then you MUST come in to the office to make payment.  Registration is NOT processed until FULL payment is received at the office. We post DSA Office Hours monthly, so you can come in and register, ask any questions you might have, or complete any necessary paperwork.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash, Check or Money Orders.

If paying with Check, Cash, or Money Order, register your player online; however, payment must be made at the office during posted office hours.

Financial Assistance -  Requests for Financial Assistance must be emailed to the Registrars with the following information: (1) Parent Name(s)  (2) Player Name(s) and Birth Year(s)  (3) Telephone and Email Contact  (4) Reason for requesting Financial Assistance (i.e., 3 kids, lost job, etc.). Your requests will be reviewed and answered by our Executive Board within a week of email. DSA's Motto is Every Child will Play and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

DSA Refund Policy Fall 2021

• Prior to a player being placed on a team (typically 1 or 2 weeks after end of regular registration), full refunds will be issued.
• Once players are placed on a team, any refund requests must be made to the DSA board.  Contact the Registrar to begin the request.
• No refunds will be made in cash.
• Refund requests must come from the registering account.  Refund requests will not be honored through coach or other team officials.

Player Birth Year Validation

All Player Birth years must be verified by an official Government document (Birth Certificate, passport, etc.). All players are assigned by their BIRTH YEAR. If your player was born in 2018, they can play in the U4 Division. If your player was born in 2003, they will play in the DSA U19 Division.
