Volunteer Through StackSports

The Fall 2023 Schedule are live but there may still be a few changes based on Head Coaches who have multiple teams with conflicts we have not been made aware of yet. We will do our best to let you know of any schedule changes, but please check your schedule several times over the next couple of weeks in case there are changes made.

To report a scheduling conflict or request a game reschedule, please fill out the online Scheduling Conflict Form Denton Soccer Association form.

How To Volunteer Through Stack Sports

To volunteer as a coach (head or assistant) or team manager, there are two steps to the process. First, you will need to use StackSports (the instructions below) to volunteer. Once accepted and assigned to a team, the second step is for you to complete a Background Check and a course called SafeSport. Follow these instructions to begin the volunteer process.

Log into the StackSports account that you used to register your player(s). Make sure and log in with your account even if the person who will be volunteering isn't registered yet.

From the left menus, click the Volunteer menu.

Select the Find Volunteer Roles button.

You should see options for your player or players. Click on the Select button that matches Volunteer option and the player that you need.

You will now see the ability to create a new user or sign up an existing adult on your account. Click the option that you need. In this case, we'll select the existing user.

If you have multiple user, you will be prompted to choose the existing account person (your screen will show names).

Scroll down and select Continue from below your registered players.

You will now see your volunteer information. Complete all of the data. Once completed, submit your volunteer application (if you're not ready, don't use Continue yet!) using the Continue button.

Once you have signed up in StackSports, your commissioner or the registrar can assign you. Once assigned, you will also need to complete the SafeSport training and Background Check. That is accomplished using GotSport. Your Commissioner or the Registrar will notify you when you are ready in the GotSport system.
