Spring 2018 Registration


Spring 2018 Registration Information

EARLY Registration is scheduled from 11/13/2017 until 1/6/2018, with Regular Registration beginning on 1/7/2018 and ending on 1/20/2018.

Early Registration Fees are:

-- Returning U5 through U19 Players from Fall 2017 - $100
-- Returning U4 Players from Fall 2017 - $60
-- New Player U5 through U19 - $110
-- New Player U4 - $65

On January 7, 2018, fees will be:

-- Returning U5 through U19 Players from Fall 2017 - $105
-- Returning U4 Player from Fall 2017 - $65
-- New Player U5 through U19 -- $120
-- New Player U4 - $70

Any registration accepted after January 20, 2018, may incur a late fee.  There will be a $2 discount for each additional player after the first player is registered, and a volunteer for Head Coach's will receive a $5 discount.    

Player fees include a complete uniform, (Jersey, Shorts, Socks), guaranteed an eight (8) games season, end of season awards, NTSSA fees and insurance, Denton Department of Parks and Recreation fees, Denton Soccer Association administrative fees, as well as all referee fees.

Your player will not be placed on a roster until registration fees are paid or you have made payment arrangements with the DSA Office. Any player registering after January 20, 2018 may also incur a late fee* of $25.

The method of online payment accepted is credit card/debit card or Mail In Check. If you select the option to "Mail In Check" continue to register online. But, if you are going to pay by check, cash, or money order, you must come in to the office to make payment.  No registration will be processed until full payment is received at the office. We will post DSA Office Hours monthly, so you can come in and register, ask any questions you might have, or complete any necessary paperwork.   

All Discounts will be Applied at Check Out

We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash, Check or Money Orders.

Once again, ff paying with Check, Cash, or Money Order, register your player online, but payment must be made at the office during posted office hours.
If your player was born in 2014, they can play in the U4 Division.  And, if your player was born in 1999, they will play in the DSA U19 Division.  All players will be assigned by their BIRTH YEAR.  

An Official Birth Certificate Copy, for verification, is required for ALL NEW PLAYERS.  You can email, or bring it by the office.  Once verification is complete, the COPY will be returned or shredded.

If you need to request to go back in the player pool, request to play-up, or have other requests, Register Online, and then come to the office to complete the appropriate paperwork.

In Office Registration Day/Hours For Spring 2018 Registration:
Tue and Thu - 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM -- (November) - 11/14, 11/16, 11/21, 11/28, and 11/30
Tue and Thu - 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM -- (December) -  12/5, 12/7, 12/12, and 12/14 (The office will be closed from 12/17/2017 until 1/2/2018)
Tue and Thu - 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM -- (January) - 1/2, 1/4, 1/9, 1/11
Mon - Fri -  6:00 PM to 8:30 PM -- (January) 1/15, 1/16, 1/17, 1/18, 1/19
Saturday - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM -- (January) 1/ 20, LAST DAY OF REGULAR REGISTRATION


Coaches -- If you are going to coach, you must register and complete a Background Check, after June 1, 2016, but before you can be placed on a roster.  If you are a new coach and have questions, please contact us at DSA Registrars


Teams are formed by age and school/neighborhood area.

Coaches determine practice times and locations.

Unless otherwise requested, players will be kept on the same team core, even if the coach does not return.

Season for ages U9 thru U19 will begin February 17, 2018 -- U15 through U19 Teams will not play until after the High School Season ends.

Season for ages U4 thru U8 will begin February 24, 2018

*A $25 Late Fee may apply for any registration received after January 20, 2018.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE -  Requests for Financial Assistance must be emailed to the Registrars with the following information.  (1) Parents' Names  (2) Player's Name and Birth Year   (3) Telephone and Email Contact  (4) Reason for requesting Financial Assistance (i.e., 3 kids, lost job, etc.). Your requests will be reviewed and answered by our Executive Board within a week of email. DSA's Motto is Every Child will Play and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
